Charlie Chen was born in Los Angeles, grew up in Taichung, went to boarding school in Boston & college in Seattle, and has spent the past decade+ growing his business out of Taipei. He is the co-founder of LuckySparks, one of two production companies behind the recent hit Netflix global series, "Let's Talk About Chu" (愛愛內含光).
