CC shares stories about moving to Canada at 15 years old, reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," her first attempts at passive income, founding a private equity commercial real estate company that eventually acquired and managed over 1100 multifamily units, earning a fortune, and eventually freeing herself of everything.
